Lack of awareness regarding the issue of bonded labor and slavery, child labor and exploitation, human
trafficking and exploitation, unsafe and unfair working conditions, gender inequality and discrimination,
and the lack of education and skill development opportunities is a significant hurdle in addressing these
problems. Many people in Pakistan are unaware of the existence and prevalence of these issues and
their detrimental effects on society.

This lack of awareness is not limited to the general public, but also extends to the media, advocates, bar
associations, judiciary, police, and other related key actors. Without adequate knowledge and
understanding of these issues, it is challenging to develop and implement effective policies and
programs to combat them.

GBF recognizes the importance of creating awareness and providing education on these critical issues.
The organization regularly conducts awareness campaigns, training sessions, and workshops to inform
and educate the public, media, and key actors about the prevalence, causes, and consequences of
bonded labor and slavery, child labor and exploitation, human trafficking and exploitation, unsafe and
unfair working conditions, gender inequality and discrimination, and the lack of education and skill
development opportunities.

Through these efforts, GBF hopes to create a more informed and engaged community that is committed
to working towards the eradication of these issues. By raising awareness and increasing knowledge
about the negative impacts of these practices, GBF aims to mobilize people to take action and support
efforts to end bonded labor and slavery, child labor and exploitation, human trafficking and exploitation,
unsafe and unfair working conditions, gender inequality and discrimination, and the lack of education
and skill development opportunities in Pakistan.

GBF also partners with media outlets to help spread awareness through various forms of media,
including print, radio, and television. The organization believes that media can play a significant role in
shaping public opinion and influencing decision-makers to take action to address these issues.
Furthermore, GBF works to establish partnerships with advocates, bar associations, judiciary, police, and
other key actors to create a more coordinated and effective response to these issues. By working
together, these groups can better identify and address the root causes of these problems and develop
more effective solutions to combat them.

In summary, the lack of awareness regarding the issues of bonded labor and slavery, child labor and
exploitation, human trafficking and exploitation, unsafe and unfair working conditions, gender inequality
and discrimination, and the lack of education and skill development opportunities is a significant
obstacle in addressing these problems in Pakistan. GBF recognizes the importance of creating awareness
and education and conducts various initiatives to inform and educate the public and key actors about
these issues to mobilize people towards ending these practices.
