Green Bricks Foundation is a not-for-profit organization registered under societies registration Act XXI of 1960 in Sindh, Pakistan. The foundation is dedicated to supporting the Bonded laborer & Brick Kiln workers and marginalized groups of society, including Women and Children.
Goals

Goals

The Green Bricks Foundation is devoted to promote Social Justice, and internationally recognized Human & Labour Rights to empower and improve the lives of Brick Kiln Workers/Bonded laborers who trapped under heavy debt bondage, marginalized communities in Pakistan especially in Sindh, by providing them with free legal assistance, access to education, healthcare, livelihood, Shelter and other basic necessities, for promoting decent work for all women and men, as well as advocating for their rights and promoting sustainable development.
Objectives

To provide Social Justice and Free Legal Assistance to the Brick Kiln Workers & Bonded Laborers who trapped under heavy debt bondage and trafficking in person.

To provide education and skills training to children, women, and men in marginalized communities, enabling them to secure better employment opportunities and improve their economic situation. To improve the healthcare outcomes of marginalized communities by providing them with access to affordable healthcare services, as well as promoting awareness of preventative health measures.

To advocate for the rights of marginalized communities, particularly those working in brick kilns, and promote their inclusion in decision-making processes at the local, provincial, and national levels. To promote sustainable development through community engagement and collaboration, with a focus on promoting environmentally responsible practices and supporting local businesses. To build and strengthen partnerships with local and international organizations, as well as government agencies, to maximize the impact of our programs and services.

Our vision is to create a society where every individual, regardless of their socioeconomic status, has the opportunity to live a dignified life with access to basic necessities and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Our mission is to work with marginalized communities in Sindh, particularly those working in brick kilns, to provide
them with access to Justice, Free Legal Assistance, Education, Shelter & healthcare, and other basic necessities, as
well as advocating for their rights and promoting sustainable development through community engagement and
collaboration.

Focus Areas

Focus Areas

One of the primary focus areas of the foundation is the Brick Kiln Workers & Bonded/ Child Laborers community.

Many individuals and families in this community lives in with heavy debt bondage with very low wages imposed or decided by Brick Kiln Owners themselves or Kiln Owners Association. and, extreme poverty and work under harsh conditions, with little or no access to basic amenities such as Free Legal Assistance, healthcare, education and shelter. Green Bricks Foundation works to support these individuals and communities by providing them with access to Justice, Free Legal Assistance, education, healthcare, Shelter and livelihood opportunities.

In addition to their work, Green Bricks Foundation also supports children, women, and other marginalized groups in the region.
